Your mission
- You independently implement and optimize business processes and customer projects
- You analyze the requirements of customers and interested parties, document potential for change and implement it successfully
- You successfully implement our ERP and MES software solutions for customers
- You conduct customer training and ensure support for our customers
- In collaboration with our product managers, you will work on the further development of our solutions
Your profile
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, computer science, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, business administration or comparable training
- You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience in ERP consulting or a comparable area
- You understand how applications work and ideally have some initial programming knowledge
- You work in an organized, independent, solution- and team-oriented manner
- You enjoy constantly expanding your knowledge and working internationally and in an interdisciplinary manner
- Willingness to travel, service and customer orientation are a given for you
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in spoken and written German (very good) and English (good)
